Ilegal practice of medicine or pharmaceutical activity in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic

The purpose of this study is to render the judicial and criminal traits of the illegal practice of medicine as a profession or of the pharmaceutical activity, by emphasizing some legislative or practical issues. Results: the period of the pandemic caused by the Covid-19, has intensified the necessities related to the well-functioning and following the rules of the legal practicing of the medical and pharmaceutical profession. The issue in question is related to the absence of some unique protocols acknowledged not only by the international medical union, but also the national one, resulting in breaking some regulations in the proper practice of medicine as a profession or the pharmaceutical one. Conclusion: the sole purpose of my endeavour was to address this issue with the intention to revise the normative, doctrinary and practical observations especially in a challenging time as the Covid-19 pandemic.
