Abstract

Etiogeneza - study causes of and the manner of processes, phenomena - the prevention and combating of crime has preoccupied humanity and concern for a long time. In attempts to outline the theories we hit the high variability involved in shaping the behavioral manifestations of crime. As a result of such efforts, there were a number of theories / Current dealing with criminal behavior in particular ways. Cesare Lombroso contribution to the development of criminology can be considered particularly important because he was the first to do the study phase killer pass from metaphysical to the scientific. So he replaced the research abstract, philosophical or religious crime with a more scientific approach based on direct empirical evidence and its careful analysis.
