Social reaction of Albania on the phenomenon of organized crime

Organised crime is a first type of crime combination, involving hierarchical coordination of a number of people to plan and execute illegal acts, or to pursue a legitimate aim by means outside the law. In 2005 it is reported that in cooperation with groups of Turkish organized crime, criminal groups Albanian someday can deal with teaching a quantity of drugs in a day, while another day can deal with trafficking in human beings. There are different perceptions of the nature, structure, interacting and other characteristics of Albanian organized crime groups.
