The aim of this document is to present a strategic plan regarding the phenomenon of migration and the family crisis in Romania. The main elements of this plan include an assessment of the existing situation, the identification of key stakeholders, the establishment of goals and objectives, the development of an implementation strategy, and the determination of measures for monitoring, evaluation and accountability.The assessment of the existing situation will provide an overview of the current state of migration and family crisis in Romania, such as the socio-economic factors that influence the decision to migrate, the consequences of migration, and the dynamics of migration and family crisis.The key stakeholders identified in the strategy plan include government institutions and agencies, civil society organizations, and individuals affected by migration and family crisis.The goals of the strategy are to reduce the negative impacts of migration and family crisis, to improve the individual and collective wellbeing of those affected, and to make Romania a more attractive destination for potential migrants.The strategy will involve the implementation of programs and initiatives that focus on providing access to social services and resources, enhancing economic opportunities, limiting exploitative practices, and fostering the inclusion of migrants. In addition, the plan includes measures for effective monitoring and evaluation of progress, as well as accountability for progress made (or lack thereof).Overall, this strategic plan seeks to create a comprehensive plan for addressing the phenomenon of migration and the related family crisis in Romania. By involving all relevant stakeholders, strengthening the support mechanisms available, and developing effective evaluation and accountability procedures, the aim is to mitigate the negative effects of migration and family crisis, while creating an environment that allows both migrants and the affected family members to thrive.
