Abstract

Communication through online social networks has become an essential part of the public administration in the Republic of Moldova. The public administration of the Republic of Moldova uses online social networks to promote development initiatives and inform the public about them. They have become an important tool for communicating with the public and for providing information about public services. They also allow the public administration to use social network platforms to launch information campaigns on other public development programs. These social networks are also used to monitor and respond to public comments and to answer questions about public services. This helps to build trust and transparency in the public administration. In addition, online social networks can help promote and develop partnerships with non-governmental organizations and other entities, so that better public services can be offered. The public administration of the Republic of Moldova uses social networks to support the decision-making process and to provide information about the implementation process. They can also be used to inform the public about development programs and to provide information about different programs aimed at people from vulnerable groups.
