Abstract

The work I propose will illustrate the particularities that underlie the difference between the two means of real estate advertising, namely, the personal system as well as the real system of real estate advertising. as well as that of the land book, in accordance with their common purpose - the opposability to third parties of the property right. Also, taking into account the fact that there is a growing tendency to digitize the services of various institutions, I will the role of new information technologies in order to carry out real estate advertising procedures.
